Welcome to Branded Designs. By placing an order, requesting services, or using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Branded Designs provides custom apparel, embroidery, printing, branding, and related design services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Branded Designs.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion, including but not limited to requests involving copyrighted material without authorization, offensive content, or misuse of trademarks.
2. Orders & Approval
All orders must be approved by the customer prior to production.
Digital mockups, proofs, or samples are provided for review and approval when applicable.
Customer approval confirms accuracy of spelling, sizing, placement, colors, and design details.
Branded Designs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change.
Payment terms will be outlined at the time of order.
Orders may require full or partial payment before production begins.
Unpaid balances may delay or cancel production.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order size, complexity, material availability, and workload.
Branded Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:
Customer approval delays
Supplier issues
Shipping carriers
Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to approval.
5. Custom Products & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
All custom orders are final sale
Refunds or replacements are only issued for manufacturer defects or production errors caused by Branded Designs
Claims must be reported within 5 business days of order delivery
We are not responsible for any damages on customer provided items.
Normal variations in color, thread, placement, or material texture are not considered defects.
6. Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, artwork, or designs provided.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you own or have permission to use the design.
Branded Designs is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement caused by customer-provided materials.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Branded Designs may display completed work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes.
7. Product Variations
Due to production processes and materials:
Slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur
Screen displays and digital proofs may differ slightly from final products
These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
8. Shipping & Pickup
Shipping costs and methods will be outlined at checkout or invoicing.
Branded Designs is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers once items leave our facility.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Local pickup may be available by appointment.
9. Limitation of Liability
Branded Designs’ liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
Branded Designs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
