For the best embroidery results, we prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF.

ALL logos require a digitizing conversion of your logo into a stitch-ready file for embroidery machines. Most logos require digitizing. This is typically a one-time process and your file can be reused for future orders.

Turnaround times depend on order size and complexity. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush options may be available.
