  • We specialize in custom embroidery for apparel and accessories, including hats, polos, jackets, hoodies, workwear, and more. If it can be stitched, we can handle it.

  • Any customer provided items are welcomed  no matter the quantity. Any items being ordered by Branded Design have a minimum of 6.

  • Absolutely. We work with customer-provided logos and designs. If needed, we can also help optimize your artwork for embroidery.

  • For the best embroidery results, we prefer vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF.

    We also accept .PNG, .JPEG, and .SVG files. Embroidery files accepted (DST, EMB)

  • ALL logos require a digitizing conversion of your logo into a stitch-ready file for embroidery machines. Most logos require digitizing. This is typically a one-time process and your file can be reused for future orders.

  • Turnaround times depend on order size and complexity. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush options may be available.

  • Yes. We provide a digital proof or mockup for approval before embroidery begins.

  • Yes. We offer volume pricing for larger orders and ongoing business accounts. Contact us for a custom quote.

  • We do our best to match brand colors using high-quality thread options. Slight variations may occur due to material and thread differences.

  • Hats, polos, jackets, hoodies, uniforms, bags, beanies, and more. If you’re unsure about an item, just ask.

  • Your logo, product style, and a half down payment upfront to get your product ordered, and into production. Remaining balance due upon completion
